What's With All the Darkside Clones?

I'm away for a couple of weeks to find Darkside's spawned an army. What have I missed? It's tricky to tell who's who now with all these creepy avatars.

It's not a great story, and happened the way everything happens. Someone (ZT?) did a spoof Darkside avatar, then lots of people had them. GREAT THE END
