What's wrong with it, or what is it missing?

The motherboard you have in that listing is not a conroe board, but rather it's an AMD socket AM2 board. You want either the 975X or 965. Why so many optical drives? All you really need is 1 combo drive that does everything. I don't even think you'd have enough molex connectors for that many devices. You really don't need that sound card since pretty much all motherboards support 2.1 speakers. Some can even do 5.1.

I've switched stuff around and came up with a much better system for cheaper:

Added a correct motherboard, switched out the case to something better that doesn't include a crappy PSU, upgraded the power supply, got rid of all the optical drives for one really good combo drive, changed the hard drive to something better, changed the video card to an eVGA brand with a better cooler, and finally changed the ram to corsair DDR2 for the conroe.

Edit: oops, not realizing it, the changes I made changed your origional setup, sorry about that. This is much better imo though :P

Mother Board and Power Supply and Cooler are the things I know least about.. And I thought I had too many drives :) thanks for changing that.

I would recommend going for a better mouse/keyboard combo. Take a look at some of the logitec stuff. Some of it is expensive, but well worth it. Oh yeah, and I added a cheaper sound card back on, because I forgot that that mobo has really crappy on-board audio.

I could care less about the keyboard/mouse, as long as they work. And the mouse has 2 buttons and a wheel. :)

Well, cheap optical mice don't always work the way you want to. Also, I think you would do better by buying a proper SATA2 drive, with 16mb cache.

Like this one.

I personally have two of the 320gb version, but they don't seem to have that one there. They both are exactly the same and cost pretty much the same per gigabyte, so if you don't need the space, that's a perfect option.

May I recommend the Logitech MX400 laser mouse, it has five buttons and the mouse wheel can tilt for two extra buttons. 29,99$ at Bestbuy.

If you're a gamer you will want five buttons Cave Canem :P

Not to sound like a total hater, but: What's wrong with it? You're buying from NCIX.
