Ever since a day ago I have been receiving FPS problems. In CS:S, before, in de_dust and de_dust2 my FPS used to be constantly 85(with none or just a few people in the server). Now when I make a server with no one in it its mostly 45... I used the Catalyst 4.8 drivers and they worked fine. They actually worked better then any of the other drivers that I used. When installing other drivers, when theres water effects, my framerate drops when I face the water. But with the 4.8 one my framerate is stable when I look at the water effects. Anyways, I tried everything Anti-Virus, Ad-Aware, Re-installing the drivers... I even deleted and reinstalled CS:S.... Nothing helps!!! This has never happened before "the patch" if that helps... My PC Specs are:

180GB Hard Drive
512MB of RAM
All-In-Wonder Radeon 9800 Pro
