In my home, I got 1Gbit/s for the servers.
Otherwise, I use sat or GPRS, which means 512Kbit/s for the sat.

I dont speak french but do you only get 512 in upload? That sucks... I think that you should have the same upload as download in full duplex. I have the same "problem" (only 1 mbit upload with 8mbit download).

Time to make one of those useless online petitions!

Only 1mbit upload...you Swedes and your annoyingly fast connections. I would dream of having an 8mbit line. I believe my upload is 1mbit, but it could be 512. They recently upgraded is all (for free ) so I'm not sure at the moment.

Yeah only 512 in upload, 64K/s. It's not that bad, I don't really use the upload.

About 400 meters straight up is military science (they said it was for the weather) buiding, with a huge "Black Mesa" complex underground, when they built the line there, I kindly asked if I could "borrow" it.

Voila, 1Gbit/s with unlimited bandwith for 1100SEK every month.
