Love pistols! CPs in Route Canal are definitely the perfect target practice for pistols. I typically shoot three bullets quickly, aiming for the head, move a bit, shoot three, repeat...

pistol is nice, but i wish they would freakin make it eject shells AND give it a much better sound.

Yes, the sound is annoying. Download the Fakefactory Mod and use the pistol sounds from there.

I don't bother conserving bullets , because there is always a plenty. So I just shoot real fast and at the upper body. If they're further away I aim more carefully and shot 1 or 2.

Slow singles at times. Fast/mid speed at times. Never shot if the guy isnt in my xhair tho.

I use my instinct, as soon as I see the target I freak out and just start shooting, but not like I spray, I aim. =|

I still like my style of shooting, aka shoot 18 bullets at the same time insta-gibbing some random combine soldier/metrocop by me.

I use a high rate of fire and aim for the upper body at close range, and at a distance I aim carefully and shoot slower.

I never use the crowbar for anything but braking boxes (I like to brake boxes:cheese: ).
Oh, except foe punching the lights out of a manhack, he he...

I just toss a barrel if it's explosive and shoot it in mid air, or just unload a full clip into their skulls.

I always aim for the upper body if possible, but i usually cheat to get the better weapons for that level, but yeah the pistol is fun for close range fighting, although valve should have made the view model with both hands holdintg the gun.
