I read today that Asmoden(the forsaken who taught Rand) was dead? When? I don't remember him dieing, in fact I was wondering WTF had happened to him. I've read the first 10 books and the last time I remember him being mentioned is after Rand took Camylen(capital of Andor). Him thinking about the Aiel being surprised that he was alive and reasoned out that he had died. Where did he die after that?
