when was the last time someone discovered something new in HL2?

you see the same posts all the time: I found a vortigaunt cooking a headcrab, or I saw the G-man on some TV screen, or I saw this picture in Kleiner's lab, etc... And hence the question, when was the last time someone discovered something new? At this point I find it difficult to believe something new will ever be discovered.

Erm anything new? i dont think so...except if you watch the Metro police walk, you notice that their head bobs up and down in the funny motion. Watch their head and neck next time round. Well when you are in Kleiners lab later and barney walks over to the monitors his head bobs up and down as well just like the combine police! He learnt the funny walk as well! Or valve simply couldnt be arsed to change it. Yes i am sad, i pay too much attention, but i wanted to give this thread some substance before it was cast into the fire.

Actually I thought it didn't look like a funny walk, on the combine it looked like a heavy boot stomp, kleiner just looks like the type who hasn't had too much exercise and his spine is a bit crooked so he walks like, weird.
