Where are the bsp files?

Where are the bsp files of the maps? When I look in 'Steam/SteamApps/e-mail/counter-strike source beta/cstrike/maps', there is nothing except two folders 'graphs' and 'soundcache'. How I do I see them? How did people manage to access them so they could edit them and change entities?

Its in the GCF file, use GCFScape -_-
