where do i get weapon 4

i got the crowbar, 9mm, smg, gernades, and the 357, where do i get the 4th weapon and the gravity gun? also im in the 3rd part where you drive the boat, how much longer is the game?

Gravity Gun: You get it from Alyx during your stay at her Fathers Lab, in chapter 5.

Weapons for slot 4:

Shotgun - You get it from Father Grigori in Ravenholm. Can't miss that really.

Crossbow - Found in a building in the Highway 17 chapter, near the Bridge where that chapter ends.

The game all in all has 14 chapters.

Np. But you can't really miss any weapon I think. Either you get it in a way thats unavoidable (like the grav gun, the Shotgun or the RPG launcher) or you'll find lots of them in later stages of the game.
