Valve didnt make it. They just licenced out the Half-Life Engine.

It should be on Steam, but we shouldn't have to pay for it.

Technically, could Valve just put it up on Steam if they wanted though? I believe they would need permission of the developers.

I heard that Gunman has the same probs as Blue Shift on steam.

Still a damn cool game though, multi-funtion weapons, tanks, dinosaurs, meaty monsters...sweet.
