Where is the Garden Gnome?

I'm trying to perform this achievement. I couldn't see it inside the base, though I forgot to look outside.

What I'm guessing is that you have to put the Gnome inside the rocket, and then close the hatch.

A Garden Gnome is inside the first house you & Alyx enter, where you first make contact with White Forest. It might not be the only one though.

Lets just say, if you attempted what I did in the game in real life, your neck would of broke
