Where the shit did my achievements go?

Logged onto TF2. Loaded up Pyro. Wondered why I had a shotgun instead of a flaregun. Checked my info loadout.

"Could not connect to Steam".

Checked my achievements.

"Could not connect to Steam".

Is the achievement server down or some shit?

Or...You used some h4x new version of achievement_unlock_all to get them and Valve are like ':hmph: no ty...' and your like ''
