Where was the Icthyasaur?

I think that's how you spell it, but where was it? I read about them in pre-release stuff, but I never saw one once while I was playing the game... admitedly I didnt spend much time in the water on the coastal levels, so maybe they were there some place, am I right? Or were they just cut comepletely?

They only made an appearance, which was at the start, where you get teleported outside Dr. Klieners lab.

half life 2 cut like 50% of its content from the leak alone, no bullsquid or houndeye in hl2 either :-/ (bullsquid alley, great gameplay moment RIP)
