didn't we go through this already, the benchmark is being released to hardware sites to test hardware with.

It was released to hardware sites ages ago, on the ATI shaders day Valve said it would be released to the peasants today. Not that I trust valve as far as I can throw their collective arses.

They did say it would be released to the public today. If it is it'll be around 3 - 8 p.m. PST.

no, the hardware sites only got to use it at shader days, they weren't given the benchmark.

no one said it would be released to the public today, gab newells slide at shader days said "available to you september 30th" "you" being the guys from hardware sites who were in attendance at shader days.
