Oh its probably on, its just that VALVe is testing it out first to see if VAC2 recognizes the cheats before they turn it on. Trust me, YOU will KNOW when its live. There will be thousands of bans no matter what. People think VALVe are playing around like the beta VAC. VAC2 will scare them straight when they lose their account.
