It truely doesnt matter. The only differences are the HSF and color... Though sapphire is the most well known third party ATi brand. Built by ATi or a sapphire.

If you are in the U.S. buy from newegg. Places like that are completely NOT reccommended.

Do not get OEM. Get Retail.
This way you get manufacture warrenty and you make sure the clock speeds and performance are how they should be.
