Which actors would be best if Half-Life was made into a film?

I think there was a post concerning Half-Life being made into a movie but I'm sure appropriate actors were never discussed. Who do you all think would be best to play the main characters? I'm not sure about Gordon, Barney and Adrian but I'm sure Iv'e seen an actor who looks exactly like Dr Kleiner.
