Which cpu cooler

Hi guys I need a cpu cooler for my amd 6000+ I have to choices
1) The Akasa Io-noise cooler for amd am2
2) Alpine 64 arctic cooler

I am in a muddle as have had problems with a computer supplier so they gave me a choice of what fan to get for free

Let me know what you think

Check newegg for reviews.

But unless you plan to overclock, I'd skip the CPU fan altogether and see if you can get a cash or in-store credit instead.
