Hi everyone,
I have two computers at home, one's a ~700 megahertz PIII, the other a 2 gigahertz P4. The trouble is, the fast one has a 16MB ATI Rage 128 Ultra, and the slower one has a 32MB TNT2 Pro. Which one is better? Should I swap the cards to make the faster one run games better? Or are they both relatively equal anyway?

TNT2 is better, but omg dude. Spend $50 at least for a new vid card. They don't even sell ones that bad anymore
Prime choice mainstream card is the Radeon 9600 xt retail $200.
Better Choice = Radeon 9800 Pro Retail $300. Its what I have and runs all my games with out a hitch.
Medicore Choice - Radeon 8500 - 9500. Retail $100-150.

Anything below medicore is not worth your money.
I don't recomend a GFX nVidia card. They don't rate as good as Radeons do.
Voodoo is dead
TNT is dead
DO NOT buy store brand cards. I.E. Compusa Video card.

You could wait a while for the 9800 to drop to about $200 or so in about 3 months or more.... but I assume they will sky rocket again once Hl2 is released, because it would be the prime choice to run it with.

Neither, the one you need is in a store.

Okay, buying retail, which is better (performance/price) Radeon XT or Pro?
