AMD Athlon XP 2800+ 333mhz FSB
Ultra 512mb DDR PC3200 400mhz

I'm planning on buying a ATi Radeon 9800Pro 128mb OR a 9800XT 256mb either way..

I'm thinking the first deal is better because it all comes in the same box, you get a rebate so the price is pretty low, and if I went for the 2nd deal then I would have to buy the Processor, Memory, and Fan seperatly, and the prices add up to alot more than 260.00$ ..

Also look at the motherboards, is an nForce 2 better then a SOYO?

OK, another question!
How much do you think I should sell this system for? I need something reasonable enough for the buyer and for me.

1140mhz Pentium 3
166mhz FSB
64mb Radeon 7000
250 watt power suply
floppy drive
56x cd-rom
1024mb SDRAM
motherboard that is AGP 2x/4x, has onboard sound, 6 PCI slots
and a 17" monitor that I have had for almost a year and a half.. i'm not sure how long monitors usually last :(

Not a cent over $200 for the comp your selling.

And if i were you Id go with the 2nd one...not the first one...and if ur going with a high end vid card like that, u might wanna just get an x800 pro

Could you explain?
I have thought about the x800, but as of now I just want to play HL2, and the upcoming mods, and also Far Cry..
I would go for the x800 but I do not have enough money for that and other new parts..

Why not go for the first one (Athlon XP 2500+ is plenty IMO) saving some cash and put that toward a X800 instead a 9800?
The system is good for the money from what I can tell. I havn't looked over it throughly.

You won't be getting much for that PC as a whole. 150$ I can see because it includes a monitor and is complete.
