Which mobo is the best for S939?

I'm looking for a good performence and good overclocking mobo. After doing some research I found that these 2 are currently the best overclockers for S939: MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum and Asus A8V Deluxe VIA K8T800Pro. That Asus board was used when AnandTech tested the 3000+ 90nm and 3500+ 90nm, right? But that MSI was used when someone overclocked a 3500+ to 3122 mhz. Proves that both of those are good overclockers but the Asus one is quite cheaper. I need to order now since I'm selling(or sold) my S478 mobo and cpu. So which one is the best?

Ive never botherd overclocking but Ive got the A8V Deluxe and its a class mb and as you said its a decent price, I belive you also geta wireless kit with it. (I did with mine)

Both are great boards. Does the chipset or features matter to you at all, VIA/Nvidia?
Otherwise they both work excelent and they should both have AGP/PCI locks. VIA's first A64 boards did not. An AGP/PCI lock is a must for OCing.
