Which New Sound Card!??!

next month i am wanting to buy a sound card. however im not sure what to get!!!

i have a budget of £100, and i need a card for gaming, music, recording and sound editing. I do a lot of audio processing so i like a card with low latencies. my current audigy 1 card works well at about 10ms so id like something lower.
i dont watch DVDs or anything on my PC at all. however this is as far as my knowledge of sound cards goes so im lost in all these thingies and whatchamacallits.

what are these bay expansions and remote controls and what cool things can they do? will they have any features i may find useful? most importantly what sound card(s) would you recommend?

If £100 is enough for an Creative X-Fi XtremeMusic, then that is what you want it's the best soundcard for games =)

yeah im looking at that but it has no externam i/o drive which i really want for my music

im going with x-fi extreme music card i think, ill get a front bay with audio jacks on etc. what internal audio cables will i need and where will they go? argh
