Which one of these graphics cards is best? (I know virtually nothing about graphics cards)

In that range I would definitely go for a 9800 pro. Sapphire is good, but ATI is good as well.

Either one of the 9800 pros, ATi or Sapphire. I would just get the ATi, it's in your price range and it's first party, although Sapphire is good too, in this case I'd get the one made by ATi.

You might wanna check tomshardware.com, a very good review site for things like videocards. I'd say 9800pro, I'm happy with mine.
