Call of Duty 4 or BF: Bad Company? Why?

Both are good in their own ways on the multi-player side. I'm not sure how much cod4 is played online atm but it dosnt have many maps and they are pretty small. Very good game tho. BC the maps are pretty epic from what I have seen in the demo but without playing the full game its hard to comment.

I like both, get both.

bad company only appeals to me in the single player. the mp looks crap. you have to literally buy new weapon upgrades.

We've yet to fully see BC in action, but I can tell you the online play in CoD4 is just completely solid and will keep you coming back over and over again.

It is a pain in the balls, but at least you don't have to pay. Half of the things people will just do any how like check stats so its not to much of a big deal.

Eurogamer have given the game a pretty decent review with a nice 8/10 review. Not sure on the link right now but I'm sure google will help those wanting to look.

easier.....does no one earn anything any more? you are rewarded weapons for achievements you do. in bf2 you do shit just to get a weapon and its not even gratifying.
