which videocard has tv out ??

and also if my computer is couple rooms away from the television, is there a way to transfer signals from the pc to the tv wirelessly ??

well, different manufactuers add diffrent things.

Most cards have tv-out, it's tv-in that's rare. My old ti4200 had multiple tv-out ports and my 9800 has loads of them too.
