Who Made My Guitar?

Thats what I'm thinking, but no sign of it being a Fender guitar other then design

Typhoon are some crappy company from Japan or Korea or something that make absolutely terrible knock-offs.

I'm sure its fine for someone who's just starting out and learning.....

It's a cheap Asian company. It's not important/bragworthy.
Anything that comes in a pack saying 'starter' on it is bound to be of sub standard manufacturing quality because beginners don't know the difference. If anything I recommend beginners to keep away from beginner sets as they end up putting people off playing guitar because they sound shitty and never stay in tune, Which is frustrating for newbies.
Im glad my first guitar came with grover tuners and a humbucker!

Squier Showmaster ftw, first guitar I ever had and I'm still using it today amongst my other babies. Never understood why it has a backwards headstock though... oh well could call it unique I guess :D

I'm probably gonna pick up a new amp for sure (A fender), and perhaps I'll pick up a Fender guitar while I'm at it too

What sort of music are you expecting to play with your amp? Then people can help you choose what type of amp would best suit the style.
