Who owns who?

No, this isn't a cockfight on who can devastate the other in online games.

I was doing some reading, and a little research if you will, on how big of monpolies some companies have out there other than such known companies like microsoft/aol etc.

Quite interesting to look at some of these companies, and see what HUUUGE range of products they dominate that we consume every day.

There are products out there that I thought were hardcore competitors when in fact they are owned by the same company. Heh, crazy really.

very interesting, i new Curry's, PC World and Dixons were the samae company but i thought Burtons and TopMan were competitors, it appears not.

Its unbelievable how dominating the Frito-Lay subsidary alone is when it comes to snack foods. Nearly every chip type snack food i see in my supermarket is from Frito-lay. and Frito-lay is just a fraction of Pepsico too, that's insane.


EDIT: And wow folks, the same people who own AOL, own Vivendi, who in turn own Blizzard and all of these other companies.

Look at this. These are all the companies that Vivendi owns.
