The Master Chief:

The Arbitor:

Covanant Arbitor armour
Temporary stealth

Doom Marine:

Marine armour

Duke Nukem:
His foot
Steroids

Solid Snake / Naked Snake / Big Boss:
His hands and feet
Combat knife
Stealth camo
Radar (Won't work in enclosed spaces, which is most of the area)

Asorted visions (night, infared etc.)

All armour and health is full, all stealth leaves a distortion that is hard to see in darkness but is visible.

Edit: Voting Master Chief is a bit stupid seeing as the Arbiter is the exact same and has stealth.

But MC is better than the arbiter, more experience and is stronger and better armored, he also has motion tracking so the cloaking won't matter.

Very tired.
Sam Fisher, and his insta kill knife, and his extremely good stealth, just stay silent in a dark shadow and it is impossible to spot you even though they know you are there. Reminds me of scotch tape.

Either Master Chief or JC Denton.

Probably JC, as with full Aug's and the dragon tooth (which is pretty much the same as the plasma sword) he'd be way faster then MC and much more silent. Not to mention stronger. He can take out mech's with the dragon tooth alone.
