Whats happening is your bios is causing a confloct with your network cards irq, resulting in a resonance casscade, which is presumably causing whatever the hell your problem is.
Seriously, how are we supposed to help you if you don't even tell us what the problem is? We need to know, exactly what you are trying to do, where it goes wrong, and what error message do you get?For example, is the server up but your friends can't join? Has anything changed recently (New router, new Anti virus)?
If you want us to help you, then you need top help us.

i make my server everything seems to be in order but my freinds cant see my server in the list and i tried the lan codes still dont work

Ok, first of all, edit button ffs, don't triple post. Second, some basic grammar and spelling would be nice. Take a little time to read your post to make sure it makes sence, because frankly, yours don't.
Anyway, now we have some (very basic) information, we must assume that your anti virus software is at fault. We assume this because, as it was working and now is not, something has changed with your setp, and the only thing you mention is new anti virus. Does this anti virus package include a firewall? If so, have you checked that the firewall is set to allow garrys mod to host?
If its not that, has anything else you can think of changed? Don't worry about posting things that can't effect it, we can ignore things that don't apply, its better than not posting somthing that turns out to be the problem.

we got another problem it stoped wroking again
and i see my server in lan allt he time this is why my servers are not workin but how do i get it in to internet list

To get it in the internet list you need to use a dedicated server.

I have the same problem and i tryied posting and getting help here about it but evey one seemed to ignore me and didnt want to help me out... Im running a wireless card to my own router, im assuming its with an anti-virus app it havent configured yet or my router isnt letting any one or any thing form CS:S out...

I'm 100% sure you don't. I've hosted loads of non-dedicated "Listening" servers and they have always appeared on the list. :thumbs:

without putting a number on the end and press enter. It should come back with "sv_lan 0" or "sv_lan 1"

One other tip, if you type "status" in the console, it will give you various info, including your ip and port (will look like 123.123.123.123:12345). If you give these to your friends, they may be able to connect even if you don't show up in the list.

yup... same as his... same thing with my friends as well... they cant see mine and i cant see theres... and i cant see mine... and they cant see theres... hum... this is odd... i think... im gonna try it again with the stuff you said for the other guy cuz if it dont work... then wth... I'll have to figure some thing else out!

i dont... i really dont know what that means... I never expected anything not alive to have a heartheabt... is this bad?
