Why can't i upload??

I have firefox, IE 7, and opera. And i can't upload pictures to my FTP, photobucket/imageshack, or to a forum service that has it's own FTP for images. They ALL time out, what the heck is going on?!

Been having any internet problems lately? Webpages, Downloading etc.

So you can't upload with FTP (FTP program) or HTTP (web browser)?

everything works fine, the only problem i can see is i can't upload any images.
