Do a quick check in your User CP:

Control Panel/Edit Options/Thread Display Options/Visible Post Elements

Be sure the appropriate box is checked.

Show images is enabled.
It worked when i made the free ipod thread.... :/
Since that if i use the tags it only shows the link to the image instead of the image itself, if i edit the post the img tags are still there.

Thats probably why the mods don't like you then and did it, i would do it too, i hate those schemes. Was you the one who tried to trick people with that link so you got credit for it or something? I can't remember, or were you the one with it in the prison cell? That was entertaining. No idea overall. Maybe your doing something really silly wrong.

Perhaps the administrators have put a size limit on images that can be displayed.

That would make sense, saving people with slower connections a bit of trouble, and keeping things a bit tidier.

I can't remember who posted it, but there was a ridiculously sized image posted in the "Funniest pic on your HDD" a couple of days ago, maybe that sparked it.

Well, certain sites are automatically blocked, like Tokelau sites (For example : www.site****)

Well imageshack had an internal server error (500) yesterday evening, so maybe your pictures got (partly) erased :/

The links worked if you clicked them, just the img tags had no effect. very strange :rolling:

Also, I'd suggest trying to use IMG tags from sources other than imageshack first before reporting again. Cheers
