Why do I have two CPU's

I just noticed this (should have noticed it before), when I go to the Device Manager, and check what CPU I have it gives me two, here's a pick. Should I be concerned.
 
Allow me to explain:

To put it simply, you don't have 2 cpus. You have a pentium 4 3ghz cpu with hyperthreading technology (i got the same cpu ;) )

I don't fully understand it myself but basically it's like '2 virtual cpus' or something to that extent. This probably explains better than I can.

Once again, nothing to be alarmed about, you still only have 1 real cpu.
 
I knew that I had one (I opened the case), but I'm alwasy so suspicious, since almost every part made for the computer these days has some cheap ripoff going around.
