why does nobody have the laptop I want

I'm looking for something that's 5lb or less, 12" screen, low voltage processor, anything over 1ghz is fine though, 512 ram, or upgradable to 512, cd rom, wireless b and a decent screen, atleast 3 hr battery for a bit over $1000. Anyone know a computer that matches this?
