why my internet is so slow?

the problem is that my internet is more slow that usual
and I check and hav the normal speed it hav everiday

so someone know what can do this?

I think I hav a spyware or something like that do you know a good anti-spyware and stuff like that?

check what programs your firewall is letting bypass. there's a program you can use to check your bandwidth usage (upstream/downstream), so you should be able to check for any anomalies.
