Why was the locked thread locked?

It brought up a valid point about topics which had valid points which were locked down. Things have been getting heavy handed lately

Because he should of PM'd the mod that closed the other thread.

Just like this one.

It was locked because you should be using PMs to bring up these points with myself or the mod that locked the thread. And this one will share the same fate.
