Wierd problem with scripted_sequences

Ok, heres my problem:

i have 3 combine soldiers, i give then names like npc_combine_s1/2/3, i give each a scripted secuence entity, i put the right properties and right outputs in a trigger_once, but only !1! of them run/walk to the spot. the other 2 dont do what their supposed to do ;(

THen, something that makes it even wierder:
if one soldier have Run, in Move to Position, and the other Walk, they do it, i cant have multiple NPCs doing the same movement ;(

WTF IS WRONG!
 
Are they going to DIFFERENT scripted sequences ? Are they INSIDE each other (The scripted sequences) ?

Make sure each NPC has it's own scripted sequences would be my best guess, to avoid errors
