I haven't got a game in a while, and since I've got a whopping 4 for my 360, and a monstrous 3 for my Wii (if you include Wii Play and Wii Sports as games..), I think I'm going to get one for my Wii, since they are about $20-$30 cheaper then 360 games (almost $100 for a god damn 360 game ffs.), so what Wii games are worth getting?

My mom is the one who actually bought the Wii, she likes interactive games, and she was going to buy Pirates of the Carribean: At Worlds End, can anyone say if this is a good game or not? Do you use the Wii-Remote for a sword? (I don't even know if it's out yet..)

If there is some fantastic game for the 360 right now (that's out, I'm not waiting!), then tell me about it, but if there is just "meh" right now, don't bother, I'm more interested in my Wii, I want to see what this thing can do, besides Zelda.

Are you looking for social twitch games, or something more absorbing?

@TCfromBN - The only racing game I'm getting for 360 in Colin McRae: DiRT and Burnout, I hate games like Forza and Gran Turismo, there is such a thing as too much realism..

@Direwolf - Something that'll take a long time to play, but is also very fun.

Twilight Princess and Super Paper Mario are the only ones I have bought, and those are really just Gamecube left-overs (both were good). There are some promising games coming out later this year, though... Metroid Prime 3, Mario Galaxy, and Super Smash Bros. Brawl. The only one with a specific release date is Metroid Prime 3, though... August 20th.

That Rayman game looked pretty fun.

Super Paper Mario, Zelda: TP.

For GC: Paper Mario 2, RE4 (or you could wait for the Wii version).

Wario Ware and Mario Strikers are great fun in multiplayer, I wouldn't buy either for solo play.

Eleedes (Elebits) is a solid single player game that oozes buckets of charm and i'm a big fan of Kororinpa (but i'm a sucker for these types of games). Zelda TP is very good.

It might also be worth checking out Mercury Meltdown - it'll probably be my next purchase - and Paper Mario. Definately wait for the Wii version of RE4 if you haven't played it yet - it's an amazing game.

tbh i'd be happy if the Wii only had Wii Bowling - last weekend end there were 10 of us bowling till about 4am. Most fun gaming session in years :)

Shame your in america as I was going to recommend Mario Strikers: Charged, which seems to be getting some pretty good reports from folks who've played it. Though I can't imagine it will be long until its released in america, something like June 15th I heard being thrown around?

Zelda kinda goes without saying.
Madden is great fun in both SP (Hall of Fame) and MP (Y.A.C. Attack, affectionately called yak attack), played nearly all night with friends the other week.
Wario Ware and Eledees/bits are great for bursts of 5 minute interactivity.
Red Steel and CoD are alright, not bad for 1st generation Wii shooters, but there's better coming.

End of July I think :(

Well, we get Super Paper Mario...sometime.

No confirmed EU date. What the hell! I know that it's a really text-heavy game and that it will take a long time to translate but a rough release date would be better then nothing.

I think that the UK and Australia should be grouped together for releases. We have to wait for games for no reason. I don't particularly want to play any of my games in French or German now. >_>
