Will HL2 work with my computer?

I have big concerns about my graphics card which is ATI Radeon 9100 64MB.

I got a Radeon 9600, AMD 2 GHz 64 bit and 1024 mb ram, and I run it in 1024*768 with high details. Though... I got the memory bug and can only play it for like... 1 minute at the time.
