Hi i'm getting bored of counter strike source, and cant play holdout mod cause it got canceled because of that douche Curman, anyways.
I was wondering if my computer will run bf2 here are my specs.
2.53 ghz P4
Windows XP
760 mb ddr RAM
256 mb Geforce 5700
and i think i got a crappy 16-bit graphics card it Realtek AC97 Audio it says
and for internet play i got 512k unlimited ADSL, alothough it going slower then it ment to be, trust they have no care for their customers.

Anyway do you reckon i could play it, please dont go overboard saying i need 4Gb of RAM and a brand new 512mb graphics card.

Anyhelp would be great.
Cheers

Hard Drive Space
=====================================

To install the Battlefield 2 demo you will need approximately 500 Mb
free hard disk space, plus space for saved games. Additional space is
required for DirectX 9 installation.

In addition to the installed game, Windows will require additional free
hard drive space for its operating system (virtual memory).

If you encounter the following message in an error dialog:

"Ran out of virtual memory"

Free up some more hard drive space.

you could just google "GFX5700 performance" or something like that

Couple weeks ago i had to revert to my old PC, Athlon 2600+, 512Mb RAM, and a GeForce FX 5200 128Mb RAM. Despite the release notes saying the 5200 isn't supported i could still play with all the options on low/none.

So yeah, you should be able to play
