Ok there isnt a sticky, i looked, so here goes.

Athlon 64 3000+
512mb
Radeon 9200 256mb hangs head in shame

well it wont look amazing (although it kind of doesnt anyway lol), but 800x600 will be fine, or 1024 with lowered advanced options. tbh u have to test it and fiddle with it to get a good fps.

u might want to invest in a new card though, for games overall. the 9200 shouldt really be in any gamer's case lol. get a 9800 pro (for around £115), or get a 9600xt (less than £100 i think). you wont regret it, and you'll blow games away with your athlon 64 lol.

He means get the game and test playing it with different graphical settings, and use the configuration that suits you the most, which will most likely be the one that offers the most fps.

yep. you cant actuall say 'ok, you're computer will run at xxxfps on xxx settings lol. you have to change settings, start a game, change settings again if necessary, start a game, change settings if necessary etc etc etc.

only then will you find out if your computer is good enough...and btw, graphics hardly affect lag...thats an entirely different multiplayer topic :E
