Will my laptop hold up with HL2?

I have a ECS G732 laptop with the following specs and I want to know how it will run HL2?

P4 2.6GHz (desktop cpu, not a mobile)
512mb pc3200 DDR
60 gig 5200 rpm drive
64mb Mobility radeon 9000 (running modded catalyst drivers)
Audigy NX (external usb card)
Windows XP Pro

I use this machine for my business as well, as I can do alot of onsite work with it, IE data recovery and all. I know that the video will hold me back alot, but do you think it will run at all?

At all? Yes, definitely, but without lots of goodies. If you're getting a new laptop anytime soon, look into a mobile 9700.

I'm pretty sure that it will run it, not at very high settings, but it will run it, dont worry man, I think you will be ok.

I just feel sorry for my laptop, I have an integrated extreme graphics (im on a budget )

Dontg you love the marketing gimmics that companies use. Im sorry, I would gladlly share my mediocre graphics chip with you.

Seriously though, I did alot of homework on this laptop before I bought it last january. It really does do great on everything except the Far Cry demo. But that has known issues with mobile chipsets. Sorry to all those owners of $3000 - $4000 Alienware (Sager makes them by the way) owners!!!
