If thats not enough information I can send you the whole log.

Anyways, what do you guys think? Will it be able to run HL2/CSS/etc. at low?

Yes you will be fine. I beat HL2 when it came out on an Athlon XP 2500+, with a Radeon 9200se and 512MB of RAM (or maybe 256, I forget).

I believe the game settings were all at high running the DX8.1 path at 1024x768 with no AA and 2 or 4X AF. It managed to be very playable the whole way through. Although I have not tested it in Episode 1 which might be more demanding.

should work, i had it running on a laptop with specs like that, and the vid card being a 9200 only.

on low settings....maybe. (that graphics card is really your death)

Hell yes. I beat HL2 with a 1ghz processor, 32mb graphics card and 512mb of ram.
