Will this simple setup host HL2DM and CS:S servers?

Memory: 1024MB
Primary Storage: 80GB SATA Hard Drive
Operating System: Windows Web Edition
Monthly Bandwidth: 1000GB
Uplink Port Speed: 100Mbps

I'm planning on running 20 slot HL2DM server and

20 slot CS:S. After reading many articles, I've come to a

conclusion that with this setup, it would be fine to run

two servers without significant lag. I need opinions from

everyone who has had any experience with running multiple

servers. Thank you for the help in advance.

no I'm planning on renting a dedicated server and this is the server spec.

I heard that CS:S requires less CPU usage than HL2DM so I really hope this

setup would work without crazy lag

I honestly think that some of you guys don't have enough experience with

servers. Hectic Glenn and hungryduck. You can run servers in console mode

and run as many steam server you want on one computer. I was asking if

running two 20 slot servers would be ok for my setup.
