That's the only real Windows 7 "screenshot" on there. The rest are all 100% fake.

*Edit* Also, I hate to ruin it to everyone, but at this stage Win7 looks almost exactly like Vista with a few changes here and there. It hasn't gotten it's art pass yet.

Expect a beta to be released at this year's PDC event however so you can see for yourself.

*Edit2* Here's some more interesting Win7 reading materials.

Win7 to make first appearance next week

Nvidia already jumping on board Win7 for drivers

Win7 to have native support for virtual hard disks (maybe)

Even if theyre not fake, it looks like nothing of interest.

wow microsoft.....might as well use some visual style to get the same effect. gui updates yay....

Guys I'm telling you, as far as all of the latest builds are, those are completely fake. Don't bash MS for something that isn't real. I can say that Win7 will receive a UI update since it is a goal to always have each version of Windows be distinguishable from the next.

For starters, you know it's not real cause the Start Menu will more than likely never be able to be moved out of the corner. It's horrible usability otherwise since corners are the golden spots of usability (so easy to move your cursor to a corner without thinking).

In fact, when I was at MS two years ago for a pre-MS get-together, our group was invited to talk and meet with the shell team for a discussion on what one feature would we add to Windows if given the chance (in terms of the shell). A few people suggested movable Start button. Shell people merely asked why and what's the benefit, to which nobody gave a good answer.

Windows 7 currently requires Vista SP1 to install on, that's why it looks like Vista. Like it's been said before don't expect any interesting UI changes for a while.

No it doesn't. You can do a fresh Win7 install without the need for any previous OS.

Haha how hilariously fake. They even used Rocketdock in one. Whoever actually put time into making those is so pathetic.

FYI i just picked that link off hardocp's front page. No mention if they were valid or not in the write up there.
