Windows Startup Services

For those who don't know, Windows Services are basically a list of programs that run on startup.

These aren't normally programs like Yahoo Messanger or AIM, but more Windows programs that Microsoft felt should run or have the option of running on boot.

Many of which you don't NEED.

So my question is this:

I remember coming across a site that explained everything about the windows services and which ones you could disable without causing much trouble.

Any of you guys know of a site that will help me out with this stuff? I'm looking to trip boot time and system resources.
