Windows want to make PC game play so accesible like console gaming (I think)

I just find these news on gamespot and one part it looks like microsoft want to make somethign like pre-pakacged PCs whit levels of middle-range to high-range software whit properly prices and stuff like that

the point of all is that he want to make PC so accesible to console gaming,and I think also says about consoles and PCs compatibility

But the thing is that the Xbox is already a PC, you just dont have access to it. There is a very thin line between modern consoles and the PC... From the text it sounds like they cross it with Xbox 2. But the point with the PC is still that we have controll... We decide what go into it, not Microsoft. You never make a PC like a console. You open the console until it is PC.

Not to sound like a dick but what the hell are you talking about? Frankly no one forces you to buy anything from Microsoft. Xbox being similar to a PC is to make it easier for you. I still can't believe some people were pissed that Xbox included a hard drive, I think the reason for being pissed was that it's too much like a computer. So f*cking what!!!! Having a hard drive makes it really easy to save music and games without having to buy extra equipment.
