Windows XP Language

I was just wondering how I could change the complete base language of Windows xp, (Currentlz have english copy), to that of a full German copy. By this I mean the menus, folders, Internet, all of it, to be German, I think I remember doing this once, like a long time ago, how did it go again?

That's just a security update in german. Did you like, find a random german MS page or something?
