WinXP ServicePack2 and gettin security center to stfu!! :(

Ok I installed this rather smoothly yesterday, but one thing which is really annoying me now is windows damn Security Center which keeps popping up tellin me windows has not detected my firewall is on. Basically I have Norton AV and firewall already so i've turned off both XP's anti-virus and firewall, but windows continues to have a hissy fit every time i restart windows, continually popping up with "windows is not protected!" msgs even if i tell it not to monitor these features everytime before i restart.

anyone else had this? know how to deal with it?
