Hello , Ive been working on this M113 variant for about 3 hours know .. its almost finnished .... Ive got the interior left .. but here its is anyway ..

very, very nice.

However, the tread looks smooth, it shouldn't be (on the sides)
 
looks good, except the side is just flat...

The sides are pretty flat in real life asswell ... :/ .. quite boring , there is alot of other versionsn of the M113 with extra armour and so on that has a more fun shape , but this one is quite plane ..

It looks nice. I labled with red places where u could reduce the amount of polgons. The cylinders u have created don't need as many sides as u have given them mainly. Just look and u will be able to see.

Hopfully this will help u out. Post use another wirframe after u have changed them, if u decided to change them.
 
Looks very nice to me. The polycount might be a little too high since you haven't done the interior yet, but with all of those wheels it's understandable. If you go back and optimize the areas that IchI pointed out, you'll be able to get it closer to a more reasonable count.
 
the face count will not be smaller just because you delete those circle lines, it always calculate's it into triangles, the other parts you did show can indeed be a bit better
