I bought a Dynex wireless g ethernet card for my computer yesturday. Ever since, my computer has been freezing every few minutes for about 2 minutes and I get bad reception. Do you think its the card or maybe bad drivers or something? I'm completely new to wireless internet

Generally it is because the card is conflicting with the onboard ethernet. If this is the case, you simply disable the onboard ethernet controller through Device Manager. If that hasn't resolved the problem you might want to see if there are also updated drivers that you can download.

When I was studying wireless communcation at Uni, we would stumble upon these problems on a daily basis. Just be glad you haven't BSOD yet
